Most of you who know me, know that I’m a firm believer in this sentence and everything it represents. Your thoughts create your reality. If you are thinking good things, you will attract more good to you. Subsequently, if you are thinking negatively, you will attract more into your life to complain and feel badly about.

Today’s article will give you solid tips on how to become aware of your thoughts so that you can create your best life!

For those of you feeling skeptical, just monitor your thoughts for a day. Watch what happens when you’re in a good mood versus a bad mood. The way things unfold are not a coincidence. We are all energy and like attracts like. If you want scientific proof, check out the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know?” They can explain it better then I can 🙂

So for the purposes of this article, let’s assume that you believe this to be true. If like attracts like, then good thoughts will attract people, events, experiences to you that will continue to make you feel good. This is true for the flip side. If you’re angry or negative, you will attract the people, events, circumstances to you that will keep you feeling just like that. Miserable.

BUT, there is hope! Let’s face it, sometimes bad things happen. Something doesn’t go as planned, or it could be something on a larger level like losing a job. The secret is, it’s all about what you do with that information. You can react or you can respond. You can be angry and hate the world, or you can trust that this happened for a reason and something bigger and better will happen.  When you believe something better is going to come out of it, it does. You automatically increase your vibration to a higher (meaning more positive) frequency. Again, going with the like attracts like theory, because you are more positive you will attract the people, events, and experiences that will bring you more to be happy about. Yay!

The rock in your path could be your next stepping stone.

It’s really all about the tools you have. One powerful secret is the use of intention. Set your intention each and every day when you wake up. I like to do this when I’m out walking the dog. What kind of day do you want to have? I find this to be really powerful when I’m tired. I always set the intention hat I will have a positive and productive day even though I’m feeling a little tired. Guess what? It works every time 🙂

By realizing tat you have a say in how you feel, and therefore what you’re creating, you can use this to your advantage and start living and achieving the life that you want. One important ingredient in all of this is that you need to believe in it all. If you’re feeling skeptical or cynical in any way, you will sabotage your success. Do whatever you need to do t get on board and start believing. Read a book, attend a seminar, listen to a motivational speaker. I can promise this will be life changing once you really start to believe you truly can be, do and have anything in life 🙂
