I am off on holidays this week and so I am writing this week’s ezine in advance. Jason, our son Jude, our furry companion, Roxy, and I are off to the family cottage. We are so looking forward to some R&R and quality time with just the four of us. I have set the intention that it will be a fun and relaxing week!
This brings me to today’s topic, intention. If you are wanting to make positive changes in your life, then you are going to love this!
For those of you familiar with the law of attraction, you know that positive attracts positive. So how to we become positive in the first place? A great place to start is by setting the intention for everything you do. You will be amazed to see that this really works!
You can start as early as the evening before the next day. As I unwind for the day and get ready to fall asleep, I like to set the intention that I will have a peaceful and sound sleep, and that I will awaken feeling refreshed and energized for the day. The next day, I set the intention before I do each and every task. For example, before I sit down to work, I tell myself I would like to have a creative and productive time while working. It works every time! You can even do this before answering the phone! For example, you can indicate you would like to have a positive conversation. I think you are getting the drift…
