I’m writing a book and I want to do it alcohol free! Why you might ask?

Well, I did a 6-week healthy habits challenge at the beginning of this year, where I did no alcohol + no sugar + no gluten while doing regular targeted workouts.

And… while I’m not one for extremes, I felt ah-mazing!!

So clear and focused.

And it’s not that I was drinking a ton, but sometimes just 1 glass of wine can give me the biggest headache… not to mention waking-up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep… Ladies am I right?!

Which doesn’t always lead to making the best food choices if I’m tired and not necessarily hungover.

I’ve been hearing a lot lately about writing a book alcohol free, and “funny” enough I was right smack in the middle of this challenge when I wrote my book proposal!

I was creative + clear, had the BEST sleep and the BIGGEST revelations!

And I didn’t completely hide out either. I still had date nights, and saw friends. It actually ignited some pretty cool conversations around it.

And so I want to do it again.

But what I’ve realized is having support AND accountability is everything in our success.

So I literally just thought yesterday morning while doing yoga, “I’m going to do a challenge with my own community.”

And I’d like to invite you to do this. Together.

For the next 11 weeks, starting this Monday, May 16th and bringing us to August 1st, the deadline for handing in my manuscript!

I started last Monday and I’m already feeling great! Let’s do this.

The purpose of this challenge being:

🔵 a post covid cleanse – excessive drinking went up 21% during the pandemic

🔵 decreased anxiety & doubt (this one is worth it alone)

🔵 increased your clarity, connection, and quality of sleep – imagine the ripple effects…

🔵 it’s as empowering as f*&k to take a stand for something

The challenge will include:

👊 A pop-up facebook group to have camaraderie and accountability. Having support is everything when we’re making a change.

🤔 Why am I charging for it? Because having a little skin in the game will get you motivated. We’re working with human nature but not breaking the bank (only 22 cents a day).
