I am hoping this week’s article will help you to have more LOVE in your life, whether or not you are in a relationship.

Tip #1:

Give. The experts say that if you want to attract positive things into your life, then you need to give to others. The key though, is that it’s not about expecting something in return. It actually feels good to give to others. It can be anything from a smile, lending your time or expertise, or buying someone a coffee. How do you leave other’s feeling? Pay attention to this…

Tip #2:

Be thankful. Instead of focusing on all of the things going wrong in your life or what you’re not happy with, focus on what you do have. Spend a couple of minutes each day really appreciating all that you have and all that you are. If you’re really feeling rotten, get back to basics, i.e. being alive, a roof to live under, etc.

Tip #3:

Take time for you. Honour yourself and your super deliciousness and do something that you love that’s just for you. Take a hot bath or go for a massage. How can you treat yourself this week?

Tip #4:

Celebrate your greatness. Take a few minutes to really appreciate all that you are and all that you have done. Make a list if you need to. You are wonderful and I am here to pass that message on to you. You are amazing and let’s start appreciating that!

Tip #5:

Visualize what you do want. Is it a new relationship, a loving family, etc.? Again, instead of focusing on what you don’t like in your life, focus on what you desire. Take some time and make a list. If you are working on finding love, make a list of all of the personality traits you would love in a partner. It may take making a list of what you don’t like first, and then writing down the opposite for what you do want. Then, spend a few minutes each day visualizing what it feels like to be with this person and how you feel. Expect miraculous things to happen!
